Of the 12 tracks on the album 9 are brand new, previously unreleased recordings. The 3 previously heard tracks are Shake it and Car Chase on Phoenix Avenue which were released earlier this year on a 7" single and Barbarella from the bands' debut EP Earth Songs.

Capri plan to release the new album on CD only initially but if there is sufficient demand a limited number of vinyl LP’s may be pressed at a later date.
